Delivery
Smaller orders are usually sent by Royal Mail on a First Class service starting at £3.99.  Guaranteed delivery can also be arranged with costs starting at £7.99.

Larger orders are sent by 24 hour courier.  Prices as follows:
12 - 36 cookies/favours = £7.99
36 - 60 cookies/favours = £9.99
60 - 100 cookies/favours = £12.99
100+ cookies/favours = £15.99
150+ cookies/favours - price on application

For items with a longer shelf life I recommend arranging delivery 2-3 days before your event.

For items not suitable for posting eg. Cakes and Cupcakes delivery is made on the day of the event.  Local delivery is £6.99 within a 5 mile radius of KT17 3PD, and thereafter £1.50 per mile (maximum 12 miles).

Collections can be made by appointment.  My address is 20 Montrouge Crescent, Epsom , KT17 3PD.  Usual times for collection are 11:00, 14:00 or 17:00.  Latest collection time is 18:30.  It is very much appreciated if you can be on time for your appointment. 

Please note: The majority of the cookie designs are robust enough to travel. I am very adept at packaging them so that they arrive safely and in tact.   I use extra strong double wall boxes and generous amounts of bubble wrap and packing to ensure there is virtually no room for movement within the package.  Please aim to recycle or re-use any packaging where possible.

Packaging
Cookie, Cake-Pop, Cakesicle and Donut favours are supplied in clear, food grade, RECYCLABLE Cellophane bags, tied with a colour coordinated Organza ribbon.  You can, if you prefer, supply your own ribbon and I can also source Satin ribbon for you (price on application). I use 36cm of ribbon per bag.

Cookies - 8 weeks
Cakes & Cupcakes - best consumed within 3-4 days
Cake-Pops and Cakesicles - 2 weeks
Macarons - 1 week
Rocky Road - 3 weeks
Brownies - best consumed within 3-4 days
Donuts - best consumed on day of delivery
